Scientist of the Month

Everyone month one lab member is selected for their outstanding contribution to the lab. This can be for finally getting an especially hard experiment to work, contributing to the culture of the lab positively, going out of the way for mentoring new lab members, or anything else. Each SotM is awarded bragging rights, the responsibility to choose next month’s winner, and to add one laboratory item to the growing Scientist of the Month Trophy (pictured below, and conceived of by our amazing lab alum Ava).
